Welcome to the S. June Smith Center

The S. June Smith Center supports children with developmental needs through education, therapeutic services, and family-centered programming. We seek to educate children, support families and strengthen communities through our Infant/Toddler and Preschool Programs, as well as Project Together, Community Outreach, SPLASH, Miracles `n Motion, Community Training, and Tiny Miracles.

Today, the S. June Smith Center continues the legacy of Dr. S. June Smith by creating an inclusive community for every child, regardless of ability. We work within a child's natural environment to create patterns for lifelong  learning that will benefit the child, the family, and their community.

S. June Smith Center Recognized On Thursday, October 23, the Lancaster County Career & Technology Center recognized the S. June Smith Center as a "Partner in Practical Nursing Education." Students from the LCCTC routinely work and learn within the Center's three pre-school classrooms.  We are pleased to partner with the LCCTC in practical educational opportunities.

Community Shopping Night Thursday, December 18 5 p.m. - 8 p.m. Ten Thousand Villages Join us for a festive fundraising event at Ten Thousand Villages, 240 N. Reading Road in Ephrata.  15% of sales from the store, cafe, and rug room will be donated to the S. June Smith Center.  Purchase handcrafted gifts after delighting in the fair trade espresso bar or enjoying a specialty soup, salad, quiche, wrap, panini or dessert. Live music will be provided by Jealous Moon.

Needed: Your Time Each year, the Center conducts various fundraising events.  These events raise money to support our mission in the community.
